Wii Fit - I love it

It's brilliant. I am finding it really good fun to do, even if it is exercise.

My body mass index was 25 when I first started using it, and it is now only 23, and I have lost 6lbs in weight, but more importantly I feel good.

It has given me confidence. I can feel the muscles on the back of my legs and my arms and my tummy, and am starting to lose my fatty bits. Which in turn has meant that I have gone down from a size 12 to a size 10, so I am happily getting my legs and arms out in the lovely weather we have been having.

I think that although it is expensive, it is a definatly good investment if you want to tone up a bit and have fun while doing it.

I do it with Tamsyn, Tamsyn does the running and some of the yoga poses with me, so its good for her too......not that I think she needs to loose weight or anything, but she is just copying me and so we do it together and have fun.

I love it.

Toby saw it advertised and said it looks good so I think I know what Im getting for my birthday!!

I just hope hes not hinting at anything lol

On a previous birthday he bought me a fitness book although i did weigh 11 stone at that point!!
