Last night when I got James up for a wee he was shivering and saying he was cold but felt hot to touch. So we got him in our bed to warm up but he wasnt well so we let him sleep with us! He didnt go to sleep for ages but lay quietly then he was burning up so i stripped him right off and it took him ages to cool down and go to sleep.

I dont think ill have him in my bed for a long time if i can help it lol

Im full of cold and managed to get a really decent nights sleep. James is still in bed he wasnt too well yesterday hes got a cold and a sore ear. i have never really suffered from spots !! get the odd one here and there, but right now i have a big spot on my chin and its annoying me like hell, i should just go a couple of days without wearing make up, because im sure it isnt helping,

It's brilliant. I am finding it really good fun to do, even if it is exercise.

My body mass index was 25 when I first started using it, and it is now only 23, and I have lost 6lbs in weight, but more importantly I feel good.

It has given me confidence. I can feel the muscles on the back of my legs and my arms and my tummy, and am starting to lose my fatty bits. Which in turn has meant that I have gone down from a size 12 to a size 10, so I am happily getting my legs and arms out ...

how often do you use yours??, i need to use mine daily, because my hair goes like a frizz ball otherwise, i have the ghd ones, and even tho im using all the heat protecters, in the long run it will only damage my hair

so can anyone recommend anything, for frizzy hair, i have tried serums, and anti frizz treatments they just don't seen to work
